Due to the nature of international fulfillment through third-party suppliers (dropshipping), our return and refund policy varies by region and is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws while maintaining operational feasibility.

1. How to Request a Return or Refund

3. Regional Policies

United States & Non-EU International Orders

  • Physical returns are not required.

  • Approved cases will receive either a refund or a replacement, at our discretion.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.


United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers must notify us by email within 14 days.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.

For defective or incorrect items, a refund or replacement may be issued without requiring a physical return.


European Union (EU)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):

  • Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery.

  • Customers must notify us by email within this period to initiate cancellation.

  • The product must be returned unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • There is no local return address within the EU.

  • The return address will be provided upon request after approval.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made items;

  • Clearance or discounted items;

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is up to 7 business days after approval or receipt (where applicable).

  • Replacement items will receive a new tracking number once shipped.
